Onoff valve regulation and household heat allocation technique based on building heat metering

Proposes an onoff valve regulation system integrating metering with regulation, which can improve heating regulation and promote householders to enhance the heat performance of their building enclosure. Heating expenditure is allocated according to the heating area of each household weighted by the accumulative open time of valves. In this way, various problems existing universally in heat metering systems can be solved, such as more heat loss of rooms because of more exterior walls and open windows, heat transfer between neighbour rooms and so on. Moreover, the low equipments cost and reasonable heat expenditure allocation of this system provide a new way to promote the heat metering reformation.
